1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ag365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ag365.bet and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the ag365 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, crash games, slots, or sports betting markets — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ag365 platform and, if you have an existing account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

ag365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the ag365 platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ag365 operates a strict 18+ policy and takes all reasonable measures to prevent underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purpose of placing wagers or transacting on their behalf without explicit written consent from ag365.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ag365 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must be the sole holder and beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your ag365 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Age Verification

ag365 employs both automated and manual age verification processes. Upon registration, you certify that you are aged 18 or above. At any point — including during the withdrawal process — ag365 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity, including but not limited to a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ag365, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (01x series), and a working email address.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including the use of a name that does not match your official identification documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered ag365 account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ag365 will merge accounts where possible or close the duplicate(s), and any bonuses, free spins, or promotions claimed across multiple accounts will be voided with no obligation to honour associated winnings.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ag365 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared or negligently disclosed your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

ag365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where unusual activity is detected, we may require you to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ag365 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. The full deposited amount, less any applicable payment provider processing fees, will be credited to your ag365 wallet balance.

Supported Payment Methods

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ag365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used for deposits, or to a method that has been verified under the player's own name as part of the KYC process. ag365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a withdrawal request is made before active bonus wagering requirements have been met, ag365 reserves the right to remove the bonus from the account and process the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance only.

Transaction Integrity

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on ag365 are logged and subject to fraud monitoring. ag365 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that triggers our fraud detection systems pending investigation. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the transaction will be declined, the account suspended, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ag365 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and game contribution percentages will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse

ag365 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus across multiple accounts, deliberately placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, ag365 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account(s) involved, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

Promotional Availability

ag365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect a player who has already commenced wagering activity under the terms of the original offer. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using ag365, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or otherwise operate your account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or RNG anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the ag365 platform. ag365 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Impersonating any other person, using false identification, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the ag365 platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of the ag365 bonus or promotional system.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or providing third-party account management services.

7. Responsible Gaming Tools

ag365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all ag365 account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your ag365 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) to help you track how long you have been playing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up summaries showing your net gaming position (total wagered vs. total won) for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the ag365 platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

ag365 provides its platform, games, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times.

Force Majeure

ag365 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power outages, internet service provider failures, cyberattacks, or any other event constituting force majeure.

Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome or display of a game round, ag365 reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) void and return all wagers placed during the affected period. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of a void round beyond the return of the original wager.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ag365's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall ag365 be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ag365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ag365 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to processing a closure request, ag365 will confirm your identity, ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements have been settled, and process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests. Once the account is closed, you will receive a final statement of account activity by email.

Closure by ag365

ag365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has been identified as self-excluded or excluded under a third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• Regulatory or legal requirements obligate ag365 to close the account.

Where an account is closed by ag365 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, or where the breach does not relate to the balance itself, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ag365 operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ag365 platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. ag365 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, ag365 will endeavour to facilitate an amicable resolution through agreed alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ag365 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and ag365 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
